Such a enigmatic world we live in, so full of uncertainties, how can we be certain of anything, if any of our actions are worthwhile,if they even matter? Will we die tomorrow, will it be our last of days? And if it was, would we be satisfied with what we have in life? Have we done everything from the heart? Have we given everyone in our lives the attention and respect they deserve? have we been selfish in our ignorance of our friends calls for help, there yearning for closeness to another or just a bit of extra attention; even if those cries are silent... Have we been true to ourselves, Striving to our full potential? or have we befallen into the pits of self-justification and taken the easy road from making the most of what we our given? Have we shone compassion were we could so easly give it but not readily comfortably do? Why is that? Why do we not do all things from the heart? I guarantee that if we did all things from the heart we would never be dissatisfied. Only by Loving all can we flow equally between everyone. I think part of the problem in society today is everyone is in such a hurry, we havent found meaning in our lives, we're running around all the time looking for it, We think the next car, the next house, the next job, the next New thing will bring it to them, but they'll find those things are empty too, so they keep running, and once you start running its hard to slow your self down. The true way to being satisfied is to give what you have to offer and not hoard and keep everything for yourself. The biggest defect in humans is our shortsightedness, we dont see what we could be, we should be looking at our potential, stretching ourselves into everything we can become.
